The invention provides a system for intercepting and purifying pollutants in the water drained into a river. The system comprises three parts, namely a water inlet subsystem, a core purification subsystem and a water outlet re-filter subsystem. The system is suitable for quickly intercepting and purifying the pollutants in the water drained into the river in an agricultural area.
