DETERMINE WOMEN HAPPINESS BASED ON IDENTITY STYLES AND THE ATTITUDE TO LIFE OF THEIR SPOUSES

This study is aimed to explain the happiness of women based on identity styles and the attitude to life of their spouses. Thus, 300 participants (150 men and 150 women) were selected from the employees of crystal furniture factory in 2013 by random method. The questionnaires of the life regard of Batista & Elmond, identity styles of Brozonsky and oxford happiness were performed on them and the data were analyzed using regression method and Pearson correlation method. The results showed the lack of a significant relationship between identity style, informational dimensions and avoidance-diffuse style among men and happiness of their spouses. There was a positive and significant correlation between identity dimensions, commitment and normative styles in men and happiness of their spouses. Also, there was no significant relationship between framework of men and happiness of their spouses. The relationship between fulfillment in men and happiness of their spouses was significant. Considering identity styles and attitude to life in men are important factors on women happiness. Thus, this can increase happiness among women via correction of attitude to life methods and identity styles of spouses.
