Reflection on AJOM’s Junior Faculty Fellowship: How to foster engagement and communication

The purpose of this caucus is to promote engaged discussion about AJOM’s Junior Faculty Fellowship as a new initiative. It is expected that the caucus will generate significant feedback on issues of communication, skill-building, transfer and retention, participation and financing that will strengthen and support the development of the Fellowship in the coming years. Drawing on the knowledge and experience of a range of stakeholders, we expect to generate concrete suggestions that will broaden the reach of the Fellowship, encouraging future applicants and funders to participate in this exciting initiative.
