Fault Diagnosis of Attitude Control Thruster Based on the Extended State Observer

In this paper, the fault diagnosis of attitude control thruster based on the extended state observer is studied. The unexpected torque caused by the fault is regarded as a kind of interference, and the observation is made by the extended state observer, and the corresponding fault detection and positioning scheme is designed to achieve fault diagnosis accurately. Simulation results show that this method can diagnose the specific faults of attitude control thruster accurately and quickly.
