The glycosidic derivatives of α-tocopherol and its model compounds were synthesized. The preliminary estimation of their antioxidant activity as inhibitors of lipids peroxidation in bovie brain tissue was carried out. Thelower activity of the glucosides if compare to the free dglycons may suggests the prolonged action in the homogenate.
