Multiple carriers for green economy in China

The development of green economy has become a global trade. At present, China needs to develop the emerging industries represented by new energy sources, energy saving and environmental protection industry, strengthen the green technical carriers which are resource-conserving and environment-friendly. Meanwhile, China should establish application modes represented by multi-layered circular economy, green building and transportation, ecological environmental governance. What's more, the institutional carriers composed by foundational institution, stimulating institution, constraint institution and supporting institution should be perfected to develop the green economy in China.
