A practical criteria for H-matrices

Based on the concepts of k-path cover and α-strictly diagonally dominant of matrix directed graph,a sufficient and equivalent condition for a class of nonsingular H-matrix are researched in this paper.And a practical criteria for H-matrix is given,which enrichs the judgment theory of H-matrix.
