The air guide device comprises a mounting plate, a plurality of blades, a connecting rod and a guide plate, wherein the plurality of blades are arranged on the mounting plate; the connecting rod comprises a body and a guide lug which is arranged on the body; the body is connected with the plurality of blades; the guide plate is provided with a limiting opening; a part of the guide lug is arranged in the limiting opening and is positioned by the limiting opening; the guide lug can slide in the limiting opening along the extension direction of the limiting opening under the action of external force; the edge, which is in contact with the guide lug, of the limiting opening is a smoothly-deformed curved surface. According to the air guide device and the air conditioner, the edge, which is in contact with the guide lug, of the limiting opening is the smoothly-deformed curved surface, so that force acting on the guide lug is not changed unexpectedly in magnitude and direction during movement of the guide lug in the limiting opening, the guide lug can move stably in the limiting opening under the action of the external force, and the resistance is smaller; moreover, the guide lug is not collided with the limiting opening unexpectedly while sliding, so that the sliding noise is lower.
