Method for preparing atorvastatin amino acid salt

The invention relates to a method for preparing atorvastatin amino acid salt. The compound is prepared from atorvastatin acid and basic amino acid in reaction. The preparation method comprises the steps of (1) weighting the atorvastatin acid to dissolve into a C1-C6 alcohol solvent, water or a halogenated hydrocarbon solvent, and dissolving to form a solution A; (2) weighting the basic amino acid, dissolving into a C1-C6 alcohol solvent or water to form a solution B; and (3) adding the solution B into the solution A, beginning to settle the mixing solution, and separating out crystal from mother liquor, namely amino acid salt of atorvastatin. The atorvastatin amino acid salt prepared by the method not only has the effect of treating high cholesterol blood fat and combined hyperlipidemia, but also adds the function of the amino acid, for example, the function of arginine for protecting the liver. Therefore, the salt disclosed by the invention effectively compensates the defects of side effects of known calcium salt, sylvine, sodium salt and the like on liver damage.
