Pulse waveform characterization by electro-optic sampling at NIM

We achieve the time-domain waveform measurement of 100GHz high-speed photodiode basing on electrooptic sampling technique, and analyze the corresponding frequency-domain characterization. We investigate time-domain responses and frequency-domain responses by the variation of gaps between the center line and the ground lines from $20 \mu \mathrm{m}$ to $60 \mu \mathrm{m}$ .
