Effects on the Healthy People Liangqiu Transcutaneous Oxygen Pressure and Microcirculation by Sinusoidal Low-frequency Acoustic

2015
Objective: To investigate the consistent and different amplitudes of sine waves at low-frequency Liangqiu point through percutaneous oxygen points pressure and microcirculation of the influence of fundamental frequency. Methods: At30 Liangqiu point near of healthy people, play the same frequency 58. 27 Hz,amplitude of different(- 3 d B,- 6 db,- 9 db,- 9. 3 db,- 12 db,- 15 db,- 18db) sine low frequency sound wave, and to parry measured with laser Doppler flowmetry acupoints local transcutaneous oxygen divided into pressure and microcirculation, statistical analysis of experimental data. Results: Basic frequency and different amplitude of the sinusoidal waves at low-frequency Liangqiu point through percutaneous oxygen points pressure and microcirculation effects of different, when the amplitude is larger than the wavelength of the sound wave, with the increase of the amplitude, microcirculation and transcutaneous oxygen branch pressure increases. When the acoustic wavelength is smaller than the amplitude, with the increase of the amplitude, microcirculation and transcutaneous oxygen partial pressure gradually decreased, but still higher than that of the baseline, the comparison between the two groups( P 0. 01),with a very significant difference. Conclusion: Based on the frequency of consistent and amplitude of different frequency sine wave can have different effects on acupoint, but not amplitude more microcirculation improve effect is better, with a best value selection, the acoustic amplitude and wavelength is the same.
