Microwave Heating Treatment at Low Temperature Gradient Using a Wave-Guide with Networks of Serial and Parallel Nozzles

The present paper proposes the optimizing of the microwave ovens for the drying process of thin materials, in order to choose a basic radiant element, easy to be reproduced and which assures a good uniformity of the radiant power. The proposed solution consists in realizing a network of serial and parallel nozzles on a single wave-guide, in order to optimize the energy transfer.
