Die Wasserschraube (Vallisneria spiralis L.) im Gremminer See - Erstfund für Sachsen-Anhalt

SachsenAnhalt (Halle) 18: 11–14. In 2012 the alien species Vallisneria spiralis L. has been recorded in the mining lake Gremminer See north of Grafenhainichen. This is the first record for the federal state Saxony-Anhalt (Germany). Notes on the habitat and on Vallisneria spiralis are given. Probably this species has been introduced by scuba divers.
