INDICADORES EMOCIONALES DEL TEST DEL DIBUJO DE LA FIGURA HUMANA Y TRASTORNOS PSICOPATOLÓGICOS EN LA INFANCIA.

El presente trabajo pretende verificar si mediante la evaluacion de los Indicadores Emocionales (IEs) delTest del Dibujo de la Figura Humana (DFH)(Koppitz,1984)sepuedendiferenciar,demodoestadisticamente significativo, las producciones de ninos con diagnostico presuntivo de Trastorno del estado del animo o de Trastorno de ansiedad, de aquellos pertenecientes a poblacion general. Asimismo, se intenta corroborar si la identificacion de alguno de estos IEs distingue los graficos de los ninos diagnosticados con una u otra patologia. En sus estudios, Koppitz considera que los IEs brindan informacion acerca de ansiedades, preocupaciones y actitudes de los ninos. Se establecen comparaciones entre los DFH de una muestra de 34 ninos y ninas de 6 a 12 anos que asisten a consulta psicologica y que son diagnosticados presuntivamente con Trastorno de ansiedad o Trastorno del estado de animo, y una muestra de 34 ninos de un grupo control (poblacion general), equiparado segun variables sociodemograficas. Del analisis de los datos se desprende que los IEs presentes no permiten establecer diferencias significativas entre estos grupos, como asi tampoco discriminan tipo de trastorno en el grupo que consulta a dispositivos de asistencia psicologica. Abstract EMOTIONAL INDICATORS OF THE HUMAN FIGURE DRAWING TEST AND CHILDHOOD PSYCHOPATHOLOGY This paper aims to verify by evaluating the Emotional Indicators (EIs) of Test of the Human Figure Drawing (HFD) (Koppitz, 1984) if it could discriminate, with statistically significant, the productions of children with presumptive diagnosis of mood disorder or anxiety disorder, from those who belong to general population. It also attempts to verify whether the identification of any of these IEs would differentiate drawings of children diagnosed with either condition. In her research, Koppitz (1968) considered that the IEs provide information about anxieties, concerns and attitudes of children. The HFD from a sample of 34 children aged 6 to 12 years who assisted a psychological assistance and are presumptively diagnosed with anxiety disorder or mood disorder were compared with a sample of 34 kids in a control group (general population), matched according to sociodemographic variables. Data´s analysis demonstrate that the IEs do not show significant differences between these groups, neither discriminate type of disorder in the group which assisted a psychological consults.
