Study on the Application of Lean Management in Tobacco Logistics

This paper elaborate on the basic framework of Lean Management theory.Based on the Tobacco Logistics’ current situation and characteristic,this paper discussed the Lean Management application and key problems of it in tobacco logistics.So it provides some effective ideas and methods for the Tobacco Logistics to adapt to the fierce competition in less profit time,eliminate waste,reduce cost,improve efficiency,ensure quality and develop lastingly.
