Butt-joint of the underwater Christmas tree and an underwater completion well or maintaining and taking out of the underwater Christmas tree can be ensured through the tool. In order to facilitate mounting and connecting with a wellhead connector, a guiding barrel and a hydraulic driving device can be arranged, and test holes and drain holes are formed in the fetching and transporting tool body for facilitating tests after mounting.
