Research on the Fretting Performance of Truck Crane Hoist System Based on AMESim

the problem of small opening jitter due to the condition of high temperature and heavy load in the winch system of truck crane was found. Firstly, in order to analysis system characteristics, the simulation model of the system is established by using AMESim software. Furthermore, the main reason which is the increasing leak amount of multi-way valve and motor that is caused by high temperature and high pressure is found by simulation. At the same time, the solution which is using the bypass oil is found. Finally, the experiments have showed that the bypass circuit of 1. 5mm damping can significantly improve the fretting of the winch system. and the problem of below jitter is solved.
