Process for the preparation of dihydrochalcone glycosides flavanone, comprising the steps: (a) providing a transgenic organism, comprising (i) a first nucleic acid segment (A) containing a gene encoding a bacterial chalcone isomerase, and and (ii) a second nucleic acid segment (B) containing a gene encoding a bacterial enoatoreductasa, (b) adding one or more glycosides flavanone transgenic microorganism, (c) culturing the transgenic organism under conditions which allow the simultaneous isomerization and reduction glycoside flavanone to give dihydrochalcone glycoside flavanone, and optionally (d) isolating and purifying the final product, wherein the nucleic acid segment (a) (1) represents a nucleic acid sequence according to SEQ ID NO: 1, wherein the nucleic acid segment (a ') according to SEQ ID NO: 3 has been cleaved, or (2) encodes a sequence ami noacidos according to SEQ ID NO: 2, wherein the amino acid segment (A ') according to SEQ ID NO: 4 has been cleaved.
