PENGARUH PENDIDIKAN, PELATIHAN, PENGALAMAN DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI DIREKTORAT PENGAMANAN BP BATAM

Good employee performance can be demonstrated by the ability of employees. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of education, training, experience and work discipline on employee performance. The population of this research is 119 employees of the BP Batam Security Directorate. The sample consisted of 92 respondents, who were taken by random sampling method. Data analysis using multiple regression and hypothesis testing. The results of this study concluded that education has a significant effect on employee performance, training has a significant effect on employee performance, experience has no and insignificant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance. Education, training, experience and work discipline together have a significant effect on employee performance.
