Shell injection molding die and die combination and manufacture method thereof

The present invention relates to a casing injection molding mould for manufacturing a casing and a mould combination and a manufacturing method thereof. The mould combination comprises a film blank punching mould and the casing injection molding mould. The method comprises the steps that a film blank is printed, and a required positioning hole is punched on the printed film blank firstly; subsequently, the film blank punching mould is used for punching the film blank into a required film blank; and finally, the film blank is put into the casing injection molding mould to manufacture the casing. The combination and the manufacturing method only require a set of casing injection molding mould instead of a film molding mould and the casing injection molding mould, thus saving the working procedure, improving the production efficiency and also saving the equipment and the expense.
