Charging cabinet and charging and swapping station equipment with charging cabinet

The present invention relates to a charging cabinet and charging and swapping station equipment with the charging cabinet. The top of the charging cabinet is provided with an air outlet which communicates with the charging cabinet and an exhaust fan which exhausts the heat in the charging cabinet with air through the air outlet. The charging cabinet is internally provided with a charging machine module fan which blows from the back side of a charging machine module to the front side. The front side wall of the charging cabinet is provided with an air exhaust port and an air valve which starts and closes the air exhaust port. When the heating of a battery is not needed, the air valve is closed, and the exhaust fan is started and exhausts the heat generated by the charging machine module. When a battery is in a low temperature environment and needs to be heated, the exhaust fan is closed, thus the charging cabinet does not communicate with the air outlet, the air valve is started, and the heat of the charging machine module is blown to the battery through the air valve to carry out heating.
