Discussion on the Generation of Complaining Behaviors in Reader Service and Solutions

This paper discusses several kinds of readers' complaining behaviors in public library's literature circulation services,analyzes the main causes of the generation of readers' complaining behaviors,and based on this,puts forward some effective solutions.
