Strategies to Develop ‘Flow’ in a Lesson

Teaching-learning process is a common phenomenon occurring in many classrooms formally through face-to-face or through online and informally outside the classrooms. Engaging learners throughout the class is a herculean task for many teachers because they are unaware of the activities to engage learners for learning. Intrinsic motivation or highly interested activity enables learners participate actively and forget time. This is because they are in a ‘flow’ created in a lesson. This happens with deliberate efforts of the teachers. Hence, authors discussed the strategies to develop ‘flow’ in a lesson and what is outstanding teaching.
