Research on Commutation Torque Ripple of Different Sampling Currents Based on Field-Circuit Coupling

2020
Aiming at the problems of commutation torque ripple of a permanent magnet brushless DC motor (BLDCM), summarizes the PWM modulation methods commonly used in three phases and six states, and the causes of torque ripple and current overshoot during commutation are analyzed; Through the combined simulation of Simplorer in Ansys software and Maxwell, a brushless dc motor with 1.2kw and 18000rpm was tested. Under the same PI regulator parameters, the two methods of using the non-commutation current parameter setting value and the conduction current parameter setting value for the conduction phase duty cycle were compared. The simulation and experimental results show that the commutation torque ripple is small when the uncommutation current parameter setting value is used at U dc >4E, and smaller when the U dc ≤4E is used at the conduction
