Soil Nematodes in the Role of Biological Indicators in the Different Grassland Interference

2012
This paper examines changes of soil nematode community in different states and different interference of the using grass, Natural grassland by livestock and different cultivation methods of medicago artificial turf affected on species composition, quantity, and dominance of soil nematode communities. Plant-parasitic of unicast medicago nematodes become the dominant species in natural grass by livestock and medicago artificial turf, and eat bacteria become dominant genus in the natural grass inside fence and planting in Mixture nematodes of medicago artificial turf. The total number of nematodes in the natural grass interference by humans and animals medicago artificial turf is less than inside the fence and Mixture medicago. The characteristics species of soil nematode Rhabditis can be used as indicator species of different grassland interference.
