In-orbit identification method and device for kinematic parameters of object to be identified

2014
The invention discloses an in-orbit identification method for kinematic parameters of an object to be identified. The method can overcome the defects in the prior art and achieves in-orbit identification of kinematic parameters of a primary component, outside materials and energy do not need to be consumed, and the method is easy to achieve and high in universality. The method includes the steps that first, a kinematic prediction model of the object to be identified under calibrated fuel is established; second, according to the kinematic prediction model, an in-orbit identification model of the kinematic parameters of the object to be identified is obtained; third, motion state data of a mechanical arm motion joint of the object to be identified are obtained, and corresponding actually measured data of the motion state of the primary component are obtained; fourth, analog data of the motion state of the primary component and the actually measured data obtained in the third step are continuously compared through a group intelligent search algorithm, the minimum difference between the analog data of the motion state of the primary component and the actually measured data obtained in the third step serves as an optimization object, the evaluation value of the fuel quality and the evaluation value of the mass center position in the kinematic parameters are optimized, and the optimization results of the parameters serve as identification results.
