Selective Criteria for Leading Industries in Industrial Clusters

Many scholars have put more emphases on the research of the industrial convergence for the external benefits.The most important part in the industrial convergence is the leading industries.Scholars often analyze the external benefits and the factors that give impetus to the emergence of such convergence but neglect the reasons why the leading industry accelerates the forming of the industrial convergence.This paper first analyses the criteria for the leading industries in the industrial convergence,and then makes some proposals to the government concerned in cultivating the industry clusters in a district.
