Effetti di diversi trattamenti sugli attributi qualitativi dei kiwi durante la frigoconservazione

Kiwifruits (cv Hayward) were cold stored at 0°C and 95% RH for 40 days. The whole lot was divided in two parts: "Trattato" and "Non Trattato". "Trattato" means: fruits dipped in Teldor solution (60 g/hL). This sub-lot was divided into two portions: T-Aria; T-Dep. The "Non Trattato" kiwifruits were divided into three portions: NT-Aria; NT-Dep.; NT-O 3 . The thesis Aria, Dep., O 3 were stored in three different cold rooms, respectively air, continuous ethylene extraction and Ozone (0,8-1,2 ppm). The samples, removed from the cold rooms after 13, 20, 32 and 40 days, were analyzed to estimate their microbiological, chemical and physical qualities. The NT-O 3 thesis was judjed the best for less unit formant colonies. The chemical and physical quality over the period of time was evaluated as similar for all samples.
