Thispaperisconcerned withasymptotic observability andstabilizability ofdynamical systems overcommunication channels subject to limited transmission capacity constraint anduncertainty. Inparticular, thefollowing control communication systems areconsidered. 1) ThecontrolVcommunication systemdescribed byacontrolled diffusion process overanAdditive WhiteGaussian Noise(AWGN)flat fading channel subject tolimited transmission capacity constraint, inwhich, thesensors aregeographically separated fromtheplant whilethecontroller isattached totheplant, and2)ThecontrolVcommunication systemdescribed byanuncertain plantoveruncertain communicationchannels subject tolimited transmission capacity constraint, in which, there iscommunication constraint inbothforward andfeedbackpaths.
