Research on Peer Mutual Aid Psychological Education of College Students in the Era of We Media Based on Big Data

Nowadays, the curriculum of psychological education in universities in our country is more reasonable, but there is still a formalization phenomenon and the practicability is not strong. Therefore, based on the practice guiding ideology of colleges in the era of big data we media, we put forward the innovative design of course content and teaching methods. On the basis of development of students' morality, intelligence, physique and beauty, we should ensure the development of mental health education. It is of significance to construct peer assistance psychological education research of college students by using big data knowledge to improve mental health education in China. To solve the problems, the author proposes the following suggestions: pay attention to the operation of media related official account, and establish the dynamic archives of students' psychological changes by using technology. In this way, students' mental health educators can correctly understand that the media can affect the education of students, adjust their working concepts, change their working methods, mobilize the enthusiasm of peers, and reasonably use point-to-point mutual guidance to improve the effectiveness.
