New exact solutions of the Born-Infeld model 1

Using the auto-Backlund transformationthe new solutions of the corresponding nonlinear equation are constructed. In par-ticular, the "dressed" Barbashov-Chernikov’s solution is obtained.Key words: Born-Infeld model, Backlund transformation, solitonic waves.
