Investigations of relationship among Aspergillus oryza strains by isoenzyme electrophoresis

1997
This paper reports the study of esterase and amylase isoenzyme of Aspergillus Oryza which has 8 original strains and 11 screened strains after being purified or induced by Laser. The results show that Aspergillus Oryza esterase isoenzyme generally has 11 band zones, and 4 of which usually respectively have 2 enzyme bands, while the amylase isoenzyme generally has 4 band zones, but in some of the strins there are only 2 bands. There is difference among the isoenzyme band of the original strains, which indicates differences of the source of strains. There is variance of enzyme bands in 3 induced strains, which shows they have been variated by the inducement. There are no clear difference between the original and the screened strains. The esterase isoenzyme^s band is more complicated and varied in contrast to the bands of the two isoenzymes. It is suitable for the study of its origin.
