Trilhas na avaliação para gestão de programas

The article presents considerations on health assessment with its multiple facets, conceptual and methodologicalapproaches, which the authors learned in their professional trajectories experienced in the interfederative instances of the UnifiedHealth System and as members of the Health Assessment Study Group of the Instituto de Medicina Integral Prof. Fernando Figueira.They discuss learning in services from the exercise of designing evaluation proposals based on institutional needs, in organizationalcontexts where they were inserted in different ways, associated to the exchange with institutions and research groups. The learningtrails on management assessment have been incorporated into their practices by accepting challenges to accomplish them even inadverse scenarios. Instigating experiences included understanding the roles of internal and external evaluator, negotiating relevantevaluative issues, and facilitating the use of results.
