High temperature Ag-CuO sealant

In this paper,the wetting behavior of Ag-CuO on BaCo0.7Fe0.2Nb0.1O3-δ substrate was investigated with sessile drop method.The wetting angles were measured,and the addition of a little CuO substantially improved the wetting of these substrates by silver.In the lower content between 0-4mol%,the improvement was great.Addition of CuO(above 8mol%) in silver shows the subsequence of corrosion in BCFN material.The sealing experiment was undertaken with BCFN tube and 304 steel,and between them the result of sealing is well.
