Innovation Ability Cultivation Scheme Based on CDIO of The Applied Undergraduates and The Effect Analysis using SPSS

Based on the CDIO concept, this study explored the individualized cultivation scheme of innovation ability for application-oriented undergraduates. The project aims to promote the reform of education, teaching and talent training mode, continuously improve the innovative practice ability and scientific research accomplishment of undergraduates, and broaden their horizon. On the one hand, this project can provide a large number of excellent graduate students for the establishment of the integrated application-oriented talent training system of ‘higher vocational specialist - Applied Technical Undergraduate - Professional degree graduate’. On the other hand, the program can also improve the competitiveness of college graduates for direct employment in professional counterpart jobs. At the same time, this project explores the leading role of undergraduate tutors in the personalized training of students, and promotes the close combination of undergraduate training and teacher research. The data of the last five years were recorded and analyzed by SPSS. The results show that through long-term accumulation effect, high-level innovation achievements are continuously accumulated and the quality of achievements is also continuously improved.
