Long-term rainfall regression surfaces for the Kruger National Park, South Africa: a spatio-temporal review of patterns from 1981 to 2015

2018
Using generalized additive mixed effects models to explore the variability of local rainfall observations as a function of global rainfall surfaces, elevation and distance to the ocean. Results suggest significant change in spatio‐temporal patterns of rainfall in the Kruger National Park, South Africa from 1985 to 2015.
