Random Multi-Objective Schedule of Wind-Thermal Power Based on MIPSO Algorithm

The output of wind power is basically uncontrollable due to its random nature.Large scale wind power grid-connection to dispatch system brings new uncertainty.This paper predicted wind power outputs by utilizing PLSPP algorithm,calculated the random multi-objective optimal solution through MIPSO algorithm,and obtained the multi-objective optimal scheduling by using the IEEE-30 node.The results showed that the combination arithmetic solution set had the benefits of uniform distribution,fast convergence,accurate prediction and high qualified rate.MIPSO algorithm could be used to obtain the solution with the highest degree of coordination,and to get the output plan for the specific unit at each time.The power generation plan made on the basis the calculated results has practical referential value for connecting to a fairly large wind power dispatch system,so the proposed method is feasible and effective.
