An experimental study on kinetics of self-diverting acid/rock reaction for carbonate reservoir

Kinetics' parameter of acid/rock reaction provide the basis for analysis of the law of reaction rate correct and design of matrix acidizing/acid fracturing. The experimental apparatus for rotating rock carbonate rock is used to determinate kinetics' parameters,the establishment of the kinetics of acid/rock reaction, and analysis of its factor. The results show that the acid has since turned lower reaction rate and mass transfer rate, in conditions of 80 ℃, 500 r/min, 7.5 MPa, acid-rock reaction order m=1.144, reaction rate constant K=4.34×10-7 (mol·L)-m·mol/(cm2·s), reaction rate equation is J = 4.34×10-7Ct1.144,its activation energy Ea=34 991 J·mol-1, the frequency factor K0 = 6.53×10-2 (mol·L)-m·mol /(cm2·s),acid rock kinetic equation for the J=6.53×10-2e-34991/RTC1.144; and through the speed~Re and De ~De analysis, factors of mass transfer H+ includs speed and acid concentration.
