Seeing from China's current situation,drug problem cannot be effectively solved only by the society itself.Drug use behavior must be regulated by compulsory drug control legal regulation in order to reduce its social harm.This system directly involves national administrative department's administrative management to drug users,it even includes the confining and deprivation of administrative organs to drug users,therefore,from the angle of administration law,the systematic analysis on national compulsory isolation detoxification is in accordance to the nature of the law.
