The invention relates to the adjustable power equipment technology field and discloses a resistive-load digital alternating-current high-frequency chopper power control circuit. The circuit comprises an EMC filtering circuit, an adjustable power main loop, an optical coupling isolation type driving circuit, a temperature measurement circuit, a MCU module control circuit and an auxiliary power supply. The EMC filtering circuit is connected to the adjustable power main loop. The adjustable power main loop is connected to a resistive-load R-LOAD. A temperature sensor U2 is attached to an outer side of the resistive-load R-LOAD. The temperature measurement circuit is connected to the MCU module control circuit. The MCU module control circuit is connected to the optical coupling isolation type driving circuit. The optical coupling isolation type driving circuit is connected to the adjustable power main loop. An input alternating voltage is chopped by a high frequency PWM. An output voltage is acted on a resistive load and is used for heating. The temperature sensor is attached to the resistive load. In the circuit, a temperature of an object to be measured is compared to a setting temperature, and an incremental PID closed loop carries out feedback in the MCU module control circuit so as to control a heating amount of the resistive load.
