The driving assembly comprises a driving motor, a rotating shaft, a rotary table and a workpiece fixing piece. The plating pens are fixedly installed through the plating pen clamping assemblies. The machining method includes the steps of electric purification machining, weak activation machining, strong activation machining, brush electroplating and the likes.
