The development of international trade, both in the field of export and export activities, has recently progressed very rapidly. This situation requires that the employees who work in DJBC, especially KPPBC Juanda, follow the various rules and regulations. In a literative sample, a minimum of 100 respondents were taken into account who were selected by purposive sampling. After the data were converted into scale intervals with the sequential interval method, data analysis with multiple regression, the mean difference with the population and the mean test of two populations. Results, 1) partially the variables of organizational culture, leadership and supervision together have a significant effect on the performance of KPPBC TMP Juanda employees. t table of 1,661. 2) simultaneously the variables of organizational culture, leadership and joint supervision have a significant effect on the performance of KPPBC TMP Juanda employees. > F table (25,759> 2.70). 3) The organizational culture variable has a dominant influence on the employee performance of KPPBC TMP Juanda.
