On Value of Claim for the Litigant in Civil Proceeding

Claim is one of the key concepts in the research of civil procedure law.From the view of litigant,the value of claim has two sides,one is the substantial value and the other is the procedural value.This based on the fact that the conception of justice has the two sides of property central conception and the subject central conception.They are both important to the litigant.In our civil procedure law reformation,we should focus on the realization of the value of claim to the litigant,design the procedure for the claim carefully,and give the law ensure to it.
