Radiation induced magnetoresistance oscillations in a high-mobility two-dimensional electron system

The radiation induced magnetoresistance oscillations in GaAs heterostructure 2DES under perpendicular magnetic field can be theoretically reproduced by the electron reservoir model. The conductivity formula for the Landau level electrons is discussed within the framework of the finite temperature Fermi liquid model.
