Collaborative Programmes Between Government and Civil Society: Scope, Challenges and Models

Civil society is largely involved in initiating and running palliative care services all over the world. Government is the other key player, and it is natural for there to be regular interactions between governmental and civil society organisations (CSO). The nature of these interactions varies from region to region, government to government and CSO to CSO.
