A contractor's perspective on the new lead course

A coating contractor comments on his experience as a student of NACE International's Get the Lead Out course. He points out that 29 CFR 1926.62 is thoroughly explained during the four-day seminar, as is the fact that learning to comply with the regulation only starts with this course. Because of the complexities of OSHA's lead regulations, contractors must be prepared to do some legwork to create their own safe and effective lead abatement program
