Textile waste rubber-based high-performance damping material and preparation method thereof

The invention relates to a textile waste rubber-based high-performance damping material and a preparation method thereof. The material is prepared from textile waste rubber reclaimed rubber as matrix and a hindered phenol antioxidant 4,4'-thio-bis(6-tertiary butyl-3-methylphenol) as a damping additive in manners of blending and tabletting. The obtained material has relatively high loss factor, and relatively wide effective damping temperature range; the position of a damping peak can be regulated and controlled by adjusting the content of the damping additive, so as to obtain the high-performance damping material which is suitable for use at different temperatures, particularly room temperature. The method is simple to operate, and meets the requirements of sustainable development; the textile waste rubber is utilized to the maximal extent; the ecological environment is protected; and the textile waste rubber-based high-performance damping material has good economical and environment-friendly values.
