Lipase Immobilized on Diatomite

The immobilization of lipase with diatomite powder as the carrier by the means of absorption method was studied. The results of the optimal conditions for immobilization are that pH is \{7.7\}; temperature is in the range of 30 ℃ and 35 ℃; ionic strength is in the range of 0.01 mol/L and 0.03 mol/L; the optimal ratio of diatomite to lipase is 8∶1(mass ratio).
