The Reaserch of Virtual Construction Technology Based on BIM

With information technology swept the world,BIM(Building Information Modeling) has set off a new round of revolution in the construction industry,the virtual construction technology based-on BIM has been proposed,which is the combination of computer simulation technology,virtual reality,computer-aided design technology and other computer technologies,a three-dimensional simulation has been made for the actual construction process,the construction process has been conducted by analysing the specific three-dimensional construction model for the pre-control and dynamic management,and the method statement has also been optimized.Firstly the article elaborated the concept of BIM and the virtual construction technology,then analyzed the state of the research at home and abroad,and the prospect to the virtual construction applied research in the construction process has been given in the end.
