Risk Analysis of the Application of Artificial Intelligence in Public Management

From the rise of artificial intelligence technology in the 1950s to the present, it has developed tremendously in just over 60 years. The application of artificial intelligence (AAI) technology has widely penetrated into the daily life of human beings. Its development has brought us opportunities and challenges, as well as huge hidden dangers to social public safety. The purpose of this article is to study the risks of artificial intelligence in public management. This article first explains the AAI in public management, and conducts research and analysis from all aspects of life, including transportation, medical care, education, and security. Secondly, it discusses the risks of artificial intelligence in public management, and analyzes ethical risks, public safety risks, employment risks, and public environmental risks on the basis of the previous article. Finally, this paper further analyzes the risks of artificial intelligence in public management, and finally proposes preventive measures to better guide the development direction of artificial intelligence. Experimental research results show that the best practical application effect is in public education management, which is 89.03%, followed by public transportation and public security, with an average of about 83%, and finally in public medical management, the actual application effect is 79.27%. From the overall analysis, there is still a lot of room for artificial intelligence technology to be applied in public management, which needs to be explored.
